Acceptance of the Agreement

To become a member of our website, you must first complete the registration form and agree to comply with the terms of the Anoush User Agreement. By completing and submitting the registration form, using any of the website’s services, or placing an order through the website, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

By accessing, browsing, viewing, using the Website, or submitting any content or materials through it, you agree to these Terms of Use as a legally binding agreement between you and Anoosh, without limitation or qualification. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any individual or entity accessing, browsing, using, or submitting content to the Website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Anoush reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications have been published constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Anoush website, as well as all of its applications for iPhone, iPad, Android, and any other device capable of accessing the Website through an Internet browser.

Description of Services

The Anoush application allows members who accept this Agreement to order products from Anoush Restaurant or any of its branches through the Website.

The application provides a simple and convenient way to send orders to participating branches, connecting customers with the nearest branch offering takeaway or delivery services. It also enables users to browse interactive menus and select menu items with ease.

Order Collection

• Orders selected for Branch Pickup are prepared within 30 minutes.
• Orders must be collected on the same day.
• Customers may not suspend or refuse collection of a pickup order after it has been prepared.

Delivery Orders

• Delivery orders are fulfilled within 60 minutes.
• Customers are responsible for answering calls from the delivery driver and receiving the order.
• If the customer fails to answer the driver’s calls, the order will be returned to the branch, and the customer will be responsible for collecting it from the branch.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 5 minutes from the time it is placed through the Website.

Anoush reserves the right to cancel any order containing inaccurate information, pricing errors, or incorrect descriptions, despite every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed.

Membership

Each registered member of the Anoosh application receives:

• A username.
• A password chosen by the user.

The username is personal and may not be shared with another person. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and may change it at any time.

Anoush shall not be liable for any issues resulting from misuse of the password or failure to keep it confidential.

The application may send promotional emails or notifications regarding offers available in the user’s area. User information will not be shared with third parties, except that the user’s phone number may be shared with the branch responsible for fulfilling the order when necessary for delivery.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will promptly update your information whenever changes occur.
• You will not use a false identity or impersonate another individual or entity.
• You will not create multiple personal accounts.

Violation of these obligations may result in termination of your membership.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and remain fully responsible for all activities and orders placed through their account. If you suspect that another person has obtained your password, you must immediately notify the application administration.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Publishing or distributing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or immoral material.
• Publishing content that violates laws, religions, public morals, or creates legal liability.
• Interfering with other users’ use of the Website.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or networks.

Member Responsibilities

By using the services provided by Anoush, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information provided during registration.
• Any incorrect or incomplete information submitted.
• All files, data, or messages transmitted through the Website.
• Refraining from modifying or tampering with the Website’s software.
• Indemnifying Anoosh against any direct or indirect damages resulting from your violation of this Agreement.

Users also agree not to:

• Send threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful communications.
• Harass other users or customer service representatives.
• Sell or promote products or services through the Website without authorization.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software.
• Copy or republish the Website content, menus, or reviews.
• Use the Website for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems.

Users must pay for all orders using an approved payment method. Orders will not be delivered until payment has been successfully completed.

Use by Minors

Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian and may use the Website only under their direct supervision.

Payment Cards

Any credit or payment card used for purchases must belong to the customer.

If a payment card belonging to another person is used, it must be with the lawful authorization and consent of the cardholder.

Visitor Materials and Conduct
